Absolutely! Creating complete bedroom ensembles is one of our favorite projects. How does it work? And how is your process unique?

Our process begins with an in-depth consultation, either by phone or in your home. We listen carefully to your needs, show you curated options based on our discussions, and aren’t afraid to suggest creative solutions drawn from our extensive experience. This personalized approach ensures that every recommendation is tailored specifically to you and your home.

What’s the fee structure?

We offer complimentary in-home consultations to get started. Once you’re ready to proceed, we require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the balance due upon installation. We accept various payment methods including checks, cash, and credit cards for your convenience.

If we are working on a renovation or redesigning a space, at what point in the project
should we reach out to you?

The earlier, the better! We’re experienced in working with blueprints and can start planning as soon as you have them. For projects involving motorized treatments or those requiring electrical work, early involvement is crucial to coordinate with other trades. Our proactive approach helps prevent issues and ensures smooth integration of your window treatments into the overall design.

How is the timeline determined?

Timelines vary based on the complexity of your project. Generally, soft treatments take eight to ten weeks from fabric selection to installation, while hard treatments average three to six weeks. We’ll provide a more specific timeline based on your unique project requirements.

Should we do everything at once? How will we know what to prioritize?

We’re flexible and can accommodate either approach. For new homeowners, we often recommend starting with primary spaces like the master bedroom and bathroom. We’re happy to develop a phased plan that aligns with your priorities and budget, ensuring you never feel overwhelmed by choices or disruptions.

How often do you communicate with us throughout the project?

Clear communication is our hallmark. We provide biweekly updates on your project’s status, keeping you informed every step of the way. Our anticipatory approach means you’ll always know what’s happening and what to expect next, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish.
