Chocolate Covered Strawberry Bark

Ingredients

  • 12 oz dark chocolate chips
  • ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries (crushed slightly)
  • ¼ cup chopped almonds or pistachios (optional)
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt

Instructions

Melt chocolate in 30-second intervals in the microwave, stirring until smooth. Spread onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Top with strawberries, nuts, and sea salt. Chill until firm, then break into pieces.

Pomegranate Rose Spritzer

Ingredients

  • 1- 750mL Bottle Rose Wine
  • 1-2 cups of pomegranate juice
  • 1 can of ginger beer or club soda

Instructions

Add ice to a standard wine glass. Fill each glass halfway with wine and 1-2 ounces of pomegranate juice and stir. Top off with a splash of giner beer or club soda, and garnish with pomegranate arils and a rosemary sprig.
